Shipping Policy.

Once your order is confirmed, it may take 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. Please note for wig orders, it may take up to 14 business days for us to create your one of kind unit and ship it. Sale or discounted items may require an additional processing time of 2-4 business days before shipping. 

Please note that orders placed during Saturday or Sunday will not be processed and shipped until Monday. 

Regular Post: The cost is $7.95 and sent by Australia Post (tracking number included). Packages will typically take 3-5 business days to arrive. 

Express Post: Express post is available on all orders within Australia and takes 2-3 business days. The cost is $9.95 and is sent by Australia Post (tracking number included).

International: Saka Hair Studio ships to all customers around the world via DHL at the cost of $15. Please note if any additional customs and duties fees are incurred, it will need to be paid by you when you accept delivery of your item. Saka Hair Studio is not responsible for customs and duties fees incurred.

Returns and Exchange Policy.

If you are not completely happy with your Saka Studio hair before it is installed, we offer a 30-day refund or exchange for a different product. The product must be unopened, unused and in its original condition. Simply email us at hello@sakahairstudio.com.au with your order number and contact details. 

Please note that returns can take up to two weeks to be processed. Any postage or handling fees for returns will need to be covered by you (the customer).
